The Way of the Roses is a 170 mile cycle route connecting seaside resorts in northern England, starting at Morecambe and ending on the east coast at Bridlington.
We took the train to Lancaster before cycling west to the starting point and then back to Lancaster and on to Bridlington. We spent our last night here, then rode up to Scarborough for the train home.
