After breakfast we loaded up and left the hostel at 09:30, reaching the airport at 11:15 in plenty of time to prepare our bikes for the flight to Santiago. The check in clerk was very fussy about our tyres and took some persuading that we’d partially deflated them. Heavy duty tyres don’t feel spongy until almost fully deflated.
The hotel taxi returned us to the same place we’d stayed on our outward journey. We checked in, showered then checked in for tomorrow’s British Airways flight back to Heathrow.
