My best night’s camping sleep but I was woken at 05:40 by the heat in the tent, it was already warm and sunny. Close to the site was a nice looking café offering breakfast so we started the day with mushrooms and egg on toast. After packing up, we rode inland to Burnham Market and looped back to the coast via the vast Holkham Hall estate, looking at the salt marshes and Wells next the Sea, a small resort with boats in the harbour. We crossed over the tiny Wells and Walsingham Light Railway which takes tourists out to see the abbey. We called in on Binham Abbey instead and returned to the coast to see Blakeney, a picturesque village by the sea. We shopped at the Spar and rode a mile or so out of town to camp at a very quiet site with stinky portaloos.
