We spent the morning shopping, looking round the village and planning the next few days. With the hot weather set to continue tomorrow, we decided to go for an early start to make serious inroads into the 60km before the temperature rose too much. There’s an indication that it may get a bit cooler after tomorrow.
In the afternoon, Christine fancied a swim in the thermal lake, I hadn’t brought my costume so sat in the cafe open area by the lake. Christine spoke to a local who told her that September was normally cool and rainy. Not this year.
