Since we had no food, we had to walk into town before we could have breakfast. We spent the rest of the day watching the bird life: purple swamp hen, heron, black winged stilts, flamingos, black kites, cattle egrets and glossy ibis. Christine wanted to try the hotel for dinner, and it was acceptable though not as good as last night, I was surprised that the wine choice was only “red or white”.
